The Futsal Lab program is designed to enhance the skills of both soccer and futsal players, suitable for beginner through intermediate skill levels.

From mastering 1v1 and 2v1 situations to refining shooting techniques, participants engage in a holistic training experience. The highlight of each month is the exciting game day held on the last Sunday, providing an opportunity to showcase your progress in a competitive and supportive environment.

Programs details:

  • Boys and girls aged 7 to 12
  •  1 session per week on Sunday
  • Year round program (you can start any time)
  • Membership – Monthly recurring payment (cancel anytime)

When: Every Sunday
Time: 

  • 10am to 11am – Skill Development Program
  • 11am to 12pm – Initiation Program

FUTSAL INITIATION PROGRAM – LEVEL 1

The Futsal Initiation Program – Beginner Level (FIP-Beginner) is designed for players at the entry level, introducing them to the dynamic world of futsal.

– Ideal for Entry-Level Players!

– Best fit for player that are in:

  • – Club Soccer (Flight 3 players)
  • – AYSO
  • – City Recreation Programs

Geared towards players who are new to futsal or soccer, with limited experience.

FUTSAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
- LEVEL 2

The Futsal Advancement Program – Club Level (FAP Club) is tailored for players at an intermediate skill level, providing an introduction to the exciting world of futsal.

– Best fit for player that are in:

  • Club Soccer (Flight 1, 2, players)
  • AYSO Extra or United

Geared towards players stepping into a more competitive and challenging setting. 

Skills Developed in The Futsal Lab

Individual Skills:

  1. Ball Control:

    • Refinement to master the ball in various situations.
    • Precise receiving and control in confined spaces.
  2. Passing and Shooting Accuracy:

    • Improvement in accuracy for short and long passes and shots.
    • Development of techniques for powerful and precise shooting.
  3. Efficient Dribbling in Confined Spaces:

    • Practice of specific dribbles for smaller courts.
    • Development of the ability to overcome opponents with agility.

Group:

  1. Tactical Understanding of the Game:

    • Development of tactical intelligence to anticipate opponent plays.
    • Team positioning strategies for collective performance.
  2. Team Movement:

    • Training for coordinated movement during matches.
    • Development of collective plays and transitions between defense and attack.
  3. Set Plays and Quick Transitions:

    • Practice of rehearsed plays to surprise opponents.
    • Training for quick transitions between defense and attack
